Stimați oameni de bine de pretutindeni,

Ca urmare a evoluției negative a cazului Furdui și văzând că Jugendamt Heidekreis continuă acțiunile de distrugere a vieții copiilor și a familiei am hotărât să punem la dispoziția publicului documente și informații din dosar care atestă modul abuziv și rău-intenționat în care Jugendamt Heidekreis a acționat și continuă să acționeze.

Timp de un an de zile am asistat cum instanței și diverselor autorități le-au fost prezentate date mincinoase bazate pe ideologie și nicidecum pe realitate. Avem la dispoziție cea mai mare parte a actelor din dosar și cunoaștem acțiunile abuzive ale Jugendamt și le vom prezenta așa cum s-au derulat, rămânând ca dumneavoastră, cetățeni români, germani, francezi, americani și de orice altă naționalitate să judecați dacă acțiunile distrugătoare ale angajaților Jugendamt sunt direcționate spre binele suprem al copiilor sau spre altceva.

Am luat această decizie după ce asistăm la o încercare a angajaților Jugendamt de a prezenta lumii deciziile abominabile pe care le ia față de familia Furdui ca fiind acțiuni drepte și binefăcătoare față de copiii Furdui. Precum în basmul lui Andersen „Hainele cele noi ale Împăratului”, Jugendamt strigă în gura mare „Priviți hainele noi ale Împăratului”.

Totuși, copiii au curajul să strige că Împăratul este gol. Din documente și prezentarea evenimentelor puteți decide dacă tolerați mascarada Jugendamtului sau luați atitudine pentru adevăr și pentru viitorul copiilor.

Pe 26 aprilie 2021 , angajații Jugendamt vin neanunțați la ușa familiei Furdui și le comunică părinților Camelia și Petru că toți cei 7 copii vor fi luați, chiar în acel moment, în custodia serviciului de protecție a copilului.

Fără nicio explicație, copiii sunt urcați în mașinile Jugendamt, duși într-o parcare a unui supermarket, despărțiți și plasați în cămine de copii. Micuța Lea, plângând, este smulsă din brațele Nataliei și dusă într-o familie surogat necunoscută.

Părinții rămân în stare de șoc cu o carte de vizită în mână. La numărul de telefon de pe cartea de vizită nu răspunde nimeni în următoarele zile.

Disperați, în dimineața zilei de 28 aprilie, la aprox. 40 de ore după intervenția abuzivă a Jugendamt, părinții trimit un e-mail la adresa de pe cartea de vizită prin care solicită o discuție telefonică, cer să o poată vedea cel puțin pe micuța Lea. Își exprimă deplina colaborare cu Jugendamt și cer ajutorul și un plan de acțiune în scopul reunificării familiei.

Jugendamt nu a răspuns niciodată la acest e-mail! Nu a fost interesat să comunice cu familia Furdui. Nu doar că nu a răspuns, dar în nici un alt moment nu a propus un plan de soluționare a acestui caz, pentru ajutarea și reîntregirea familiei, în afară de distrugerea și îndepărtarea copiilor de părinți și între ei.

Conform articolului 1666 și articolul 1666a din Codul Civil German, îndepărtarea copiilor din familie se face doar dacă există un risc acut asupra binelui copiilor și părinții nu colaborează pentru îndepărtarea lui.

Copiii Furdui nu se aflau în niciun caz într-o situație de risc acut, iar discuția cu părinții nu a existat niciodată.

În același timp, conform articolului 42 din Legea Protecției Sociale Jugendamt era obligat să pună la dispoziția copiilor, fără întârziere, posibilitatea ca ei să comunice cu o persoană de încredere imediat după preluarea lor din familie – lucru pe care Jugendamt nu l-a făcut, încălcând legea.

De asemenea, conform legilor naționale și a tratatelor internaționale este ilegal să se recurgă la preluarea copiilor în custodia autorităților de protecție a copilului fără întocmirea unui plan de reunificare a familiei, fără a acorda sprijin părinților pentru îndreptarea presupuselor nereguli.

Abuzurile Jugendamt Heidekreis au început încă din prima zi a intervenției lor în familia Furdui și continuă și în prezent, așa cum vă vom prezenta, factual, cronologic, pe parcursul ultimului an. Niciun om și nicio instituție de bună-credință nu pot acționa în acest mod!

Vineri, 29 aprilie, vom prezenta noi documente și informații.

Dear good people everywhere,

Following the negative development of the Furdui case and seeing that the Jugendamt Heidekreis continues to destroy the lives of the children and the family, we have decided to make available to the public documents and information from the file attesting to the abusive and malicious manner in which the Jugendamt Heidekreis acted and continues to act.

For a year we have witnessed the court and various authorities being presented with false data based on ideology and not at all on reality. We have in our possession most of the documents in the file, we know the abusive actions of the Jugendamt, and we will present them as they have unfolded so that you, Romanian and German citizen, along with all other nationalities, can judge whether the destructive actions of Jugendamt employees are directed towards the supreme good of the children or something else entirely.

We have made this decision after witnessing Jugendamt employees presenting their actions to the world as righteous and benevolent towards the Furdui children. As in Andersen’s fairy tale „The Emperor’s New Clothes,” the Jugendamt is pretending they can see something beautiful where there is, in fact, nothing at all. However, the Furdui children, like the innocent child in the folktale, have the courage to shout the truth.

As you read the documents and the presentation of the events, you can decide for yourselves if you believe and tolerate the masquerade of the Jugendamt or if you will take a stance for the truth and for the future of the children.

On April 26 2021, Jugendamt employees come unannounced to the home of the Furdui family and inform the parents Camelia and Petru that all seven children will be taken, at that very moment, in the custody of the child protection service.

Without any explanation, the children are put in Jugendamt cars, taken to a supermarket parking lot, separated, and placed in children’s homes. Little Lea, crying, is torn from Natalia’s arms and taken to an unknown foster family.

The parents are left in a state of shock with a business card in hand. Nobody answers the phone number on the business card over the next few days.

In desperation, on the morning of April 28, approximately 40 hours after the abusive intervention of the Jugendamt, the parents send an email to the email address on the business card requesting a telephone conversation, asking to be able to see at least little Lea.

They express their full cooperation with the Jugendamt and ask for help and an action plan to reunite the family.

Jugendamt never responded to this email! They were not interested in communicating with the Furdui family. Not only did they not respond, but at no time did they propose a plan to resolve this case, to help in any way, or to reunite the family. Their only action was to destroy and remove the children from their parents and each other.

According to § 1666 and § 1666a of the German Civil Code, the removal of children from the family is done only if there is an acute risk to the well-being of the children and the parents do not cooperate for the removal thereof. In any case, the Furdui children were not in a situation of acute risk, and the discussion with their parents never existed.

At the same time, according to Article 42 of the Social Welfare Act, the Jugendamt was obliged to provide the children, without delay, with the possibility of communication with a reliable person immediately after their removal from the family – which the Jugendamt failed to do in violation of the law.

Also, according to national laws and international treaties, it is illegal to take children into the custody of child protection authorities without drawing up a family reunification plan or providing parental support to correct the alleged irregularities.

The abuses of the Jugendamt Heidekreis started from day one of their intervention in the Furdui family and continue to today, as we will present to you factually and chronologically the events of the past year. No man or institution of good faith can act in this way!

On Friday, April 29, we will present new documents and information.

Liebe Menschen guten Willens von überall,

Nach den negativen Entwicklungen im Fall Furdui und angesichts der Tatsache, dass das Jugendamt Heidekreis weiterhin versucht, das Leben der Kinder zu zerstören, haben wir beschlossen, der Öffentlichkeit Dokumente und Informationen aus der Fallakte zur Verfügung zu stellen, die die missbräuchliche und böswillige Art und Weise bezeugen, in der das Jugendamt Heidekreis gehandelt hat und weiterhin handelt.

Ein Jahr lang haben wir miterlebt, wie dem Gericht und verschiedenen Behörden falsche Daten vorgelegt wurden, die auf Ideologie und nicht auf der Realität beruhten. Wir verfügen über die meisten Dokumente in der Akte und sind uns der missbräuchlichen Handlungen des Jugendamtes bewusst. Wir werden sie so darstellen, wie sie durchgeführt wurden, und überlassen es Ihnen, Rumänen, Deutschen, Franzosen, Amerikanern und anderen Nationalitäten, zu beurteilen, ob die destruktiven Handlungen der Mitarbeiter des Jugendamtes letztlich auf das Wohl der Kinder oder auf etwas anderes gerichtet sind.

Wir haben diese Entscheidung getroffen, nachdem wir Zeuge des Versuchs von Jugendamtsmitarbeitern geworden sind, die abscheulichen Entscheidungen, die sie gegenüber der Familie Furdui treffen, der Welt als gerechte und wohlwollende Maßnahmen gegenüber den Furdui-Kindern zu präsentieren. Wie in Andersens Märchen „Des Kaisers neue Kleider” ruft das Jugendamt „Seht des Kaisers neue Kleider”. Doch die Kinder haben den Mut zu rufen, dass der Kaiser nackt ist. Anhand der Dokumente und der Darstellung der Ereignisse können Sie entscheiden, ob Sie die Maskerade des Jugendamtes tolerieren oder für die Wahrheit und für die Zukunft dieser Kinder eintreten.

Am 26. April 2021 stehen Mitarbeiter des Jugendamtes Heidekreis unangekündigt vor der Tür der Familie Furdui und teilen den Eltern Camelia und Petru mit, dass alle 7 Kinder in diesem Moment in die Obhut des Kinderschutzdienstes genommen werden.

Ohne eine ausreichende Erklärung werden die vier zu Hause befindliche Kinder in die Autos des Jugendamtes gesetzt, auf einen Supermarktparkplatz gebracht, getrennt und in Kinderheimen untergebracht. Die weinende kleine Lea wird Natalia aus den Armen gerissen und zu einer unbekannten Pflegefamilie gebracht.

Die Eltern bleiben unter Schock und halten eine nur Visitenkarte in der Hand. In den nächsten Tagen meldet sich niemand unter der auf der Karte angegebenen Telefonnummer.

In ihrer Verzweiflung schicken die Eltern am Morgen des 28. April, etwa 40 Stunden nach der missbräuchlichen Intervention des Jugendamtes, eine E-Mail an die Adresse auf der Karte und bitten um ein Telefongespräch und um eine Möglichkeit die kleine Lea wenigstens sehen zu können. Sie bekunden ihre uneingeschränkte Zusammenarbeit mit dem Jugendamt und bitten um Hilfe und einen Aktionsplan zur Wiedervereinigung der Familie.

Das Jugendamt hat nie auf diese E-Mail geantwortet! Es besteht kein Interesse an einer Kontaktaufnahme mit der Familie Furdui. Sie haben nicht nur nicht geantwortet, sondern auch zu keinem anderen Zeitpunkt seit dem 26.04.2021 einen Plan zur Lösung dieses Falles, zur Unterstützung und Wiedervereinigung der Familie vorgeschlagen, abgesehen von der Zerstörung und Entfernung der Kinder von ihren Eltern und voneinander.

Die Missbräuche des Jugendamtes Heidekreis begannen vom ersten Tag ihres Eingreifens in die Familie Furdui an und dauern bis heute an, wie wir Ihnen sachlich und chronologisch darlegen werden. Kein Mensch und keine Institution, die guten Glaubens ist, kann so handeln!

Nach § 1666 und § 1666a des deutschen BGB werden Kinder nur dann aus der Familie genommen, wenn eine akute Gefährdung des Kindeswohls vorliegt und die Eltern nicht nicht gewillt oder nicht in der Lage sind, die Gefahr abzuwenden.

Die Furdui Kinder befanden sich in keinem Fall in einer akuten Gefahrsituation, und es gab nie ein vorheriges Gespräch mit den Eltern.

Außerdem war das Jugendamt nach § 42 des achten Sozialgesetzbuches verpflichtet, „dem Kind oder dem Jugendlichen unverzüglich Gelegenheit zu geben, eine Person seines Vertrauens zu benachrichtigen”. Das Jugendamt des Heidekreises hat es nicht zugelassen und damit gegen das Gesetz verstoßen.

Außerdem ist es nach nationalem Recht und internationalen Verträgen rechtswidrig, Kinder in die Obhut von Kinderschutzbehörden zu nehmen, ohne dass ein Plan zur Familienzusammenführung erstellt wird und ohne die Eltern bei der Behebung angeblicher Unregelmäßigkeiten zu unterstützen.

Nachstehend finden Sie die E-Mail, die Camelia und Petru Furdui an die für ihren Fall zuständige Beamtin des Jugendamts Heidekreis geschickt haben.
